Hard cardboard corner guards and high-density Styrofoam blocks are placed at all 4 corners and vulnerable edges to absorb shock during drops.
3. External Armor
We only use 5-layer or 7-layer (K=K) corrugated cartons with a bursting strength of 200lbs+. Sealed with reinforced tape and plastic strapping.
