Operational Purpose Legal Ground (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Mass production scheduling, factory QC inspections, and packing Performance of a commercial manufacturing contract (Art. 6(1)(b))

04

Logistics Coordination & International Data Transfers

To fulfill full container load (FCL) shipments under FOB, CIF, or EXW Incoterms, relevant commercial data must be shared with vetted supply-chain participants:

  • Nominated Freight Forwarders & Shipping Lines: Providing shipping marks, container manifests, gross weight, and consignee contact details to arrange sea freight bookings.
  • Customs Brokers & Port Authorities: Submitting export declarations, commercial invoices, and packing lists in compliance with international maritime trade law.
  • Accredited Third-Party Inspection Bodies: Coordinating on-site factory quality control visits (such as SGS, TÜV, Intertek) when commissioned by our clients.
  • Material Testing Laboratories: Submitting fabric swatches and foam samples for fire retardancy (BS 5852 / BS 7177) or chemical analysis (REACH/Formaldehyde) as contractually mandated.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize any client data or inquiry specifications to third parties under any circumstances.

05

OEM / ODM Technical Intellectual Property Protection

We recognize that custom technical drawings, CAD files, proprietary upholstery stitch patterns, non-standard gas-lifting mechanisms, and private label mail-order packaging designs represent confidential business assets.

Our Proprietary Integrity Standard:

All client-submitted blueprints and customized development projects are restricted to internal engineering workshops and designated tooling lines. We execute formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to sampling complex custom designs upon request.

06

Data Retention & Production Traceability

We retain commercial order records, Proforma Invoices, fabric batch numbers, and structural QC video archives for a minimum period of 5 years following container delivery. This retention is strictly maintained to:

  1. Facilitate batch matching, replacement component sourcing, and spare parts supply.
  2. Assist clients with international regulatory audits, including EUDR wood provenance validation and UK fire safety certifications.
  3. Fulfill statutory international taxation and cross-border customs record-keeping regulations.
07

Request a complete copy of the business contact information and project archives we hold.
