2.2 Order Confirmation Process: A binding manufacturing contract is finalized solely when:

• A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) detailing exact SKUs, fabrics, packing standards, and trade terms (FOB) is countersigned.
• The agreed initial production deposit has been successfully credited to our designated banking account.
• The Final Order Confirmation (FOC) covering structural drawing approvals and carton shipping marks is ratified.

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, photography, industrial structural drawings, 3D renderings, and software architecture displayed on this website are the proprietary property of DIKAPABED or its licensors and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property treaties.

3.1 OEM / Private Label Ownership: Where buyers supply bespoke industrial drawings, trademark graphics, or custom stitching patterns for OEM production, the buyer warrants that such proprietary elements do not infringe third-party patents or trademarks. DIKAPABED maintains confidentiality over bespoke engineering files submitted for project feasibility review.

3.2 Protection of Proprietary Platforms: Standard bed platforms, patented knock-down (KD) gas-lifting linkages, and factory tooling mechanisms remain the exclusive engineering property of the factory.

This website may contain hyperlinks to independent third-party resources, international testing laboratories, freight index portals, or compliance verification authorities (such as UK Fire Safety standards BS 7177 or EU REACH directives).

Any legal action, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to website usage or preliminary commercial negotiation shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent court located in the registered manufacturing jurisdiction of the operating entity, unless otherwise explicitly stipulated in a signed international sales contract.
