Differences between pneumatic bed frame styles in Hebei and those in southern China: In Bazhou and Shengfang, Hebei, most pneumatic bed frame models feature a fully disassembled structure. Newer models also exist where the pneumatic frame is pre-assembled, and the bed base is a two-piece folding design that can be easily stored behind the headboard. This design is easier to assemble, reduces customer complaints, and allows for greater cabinet capacity. The number of assembly screws has been reduced from 60 to 25.
