Discuss your specific needs and preferences with our team. This includes desired mattress thickness, firmness level, fabric type, spring structure, foam type, and any additional features.

Choose from our high-quality materials:

Prototype Creation

Once the prototype is approved, we produce a sample. Our sample production takes about seven days. The sample fee is $100, and sending color boards is free of charge.

Manufacturing Process
Design: Finalize the mattress design based on approved specifications.
Quilting: Prepare the quilted top layer for added comfort.
Fabric Cutting: Cut fabrics to the required sizes and shapes.
Spring Assembly: Assemble the springs (either bonnel or pocket springs) and integrate them into the mattress structure.
Foam Layering: Add layers of foam (25D comfort foam, 3cm 30D high-density foam, etc.) according to your customization.
Adhesive Application: Use eco-friendly adhesives to bind layers together.
Edge Taping: Secure the mattress edges with high-quality taping.
Compression and Packing: Vacuum compress the mattress, roll it up, and pack it in a carton box. Pallet packing is also available if required.
Quality Testing: Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure the mattress meets all specifications and standards.

We package the mattresses carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Choose between roll-up carton box packing or pallet packing.
