DIKAPABED is the export-facing furniture business of Langfang Liutai Furniture Co., Ltd., based in Bazhou, Hebei, China. Bed frames and mattresses are our two core product lines, both available for independent orders.
For established models, we confirm which sizes, materials and configurations are available. When you send a new drawing, structure or packing requirement, we ask the production team to review feasibility, cost and repeatability before we confirm the order.

Our factory handles core manufacturing operations. Some raw materials and components are sourced from outside suppliers. We confirm the actual construction and sourcing requirements for each model.
Core processing and assembly
Metal cutting, welding, powder coating, assembly preparation and packing are described factory operations. For upholstered beds or mattress processes, we confirm the steps and production arrangements relevant to the model being quoted.
Materials and purchased parts
We may source iron tubing, wooden slats, plastic fittings and other components externally. We confirm material grades and component specifications for the selected model rather than claiming every part is made in-house.
Custom development has a boundary
A new drawing, material, mechanism or non-standard package requires review of feasibility, production method, cost and repeatability before it can be accepted as a production requirement.
Compliance is model- and market-specific
Fire, material and product testing requirements need to be checked against the exact product, construction and destination. A general statement about compliance is not a substitute for a relevant report.

How we check an order
before shipment.
After the PI and deposit, we check the final model, size, colour, fabric, construction, packing and special requirements before releasing the production order. Internal QC and inspection evidence are coordinated before dispatch.
Before production
Confirm model, size, colour, fabric code, structure, packing and any agreed special requirements after PI and deposit.
During production
Coordinate updates at meaningful production milestones and flag potential delays early.
Before shipment
Internal QC, available inspection photos or videos, and third-party inspection when requested by the buyer.
After delivery
Review documented problems and agree suitable spare parts, replacement, credit or other remedies on a case-by-case basis.
