The lifting mechanism, matching upholstery on the headboard and frame, velvet shades and courier-related carton details also needed clarification. An incorrect assumption at this stage could result in ordering the wrong configuration

Where packing photographs were still requested, we treated them as a follow-up item rather than claiming that this evidence had already been supplied.
