Quality control should verify the same product the buyer approved, then confirm that the packing protects it through handling and transport. The strongest evidence is specific: photos, measurements, assembly checks and packing records tied to the actual order.
What we want QC to answer
The inspection focus depends on product type, but the buyer should be able to understand whether appearance, dimensions, assembly / function and packing match the approved reference.

QC evidence should follow the order
For higher-risk or first orders, buyers may request additional photos, video, assembly checks or third-party inspection. The exact evidence level should be agreed before shipment, not improvised afterwards.
