For standard catalogue in-stock fabrics (Bouclé, Velvet, Linen-look), MOQ is typically 30-50 sets per colour/model. For custom Pantone laboratory dips or bespoke yarn weaves, MOQ is 100-150 sets (or combined across multiple bed models in a single 40HQ container).

Can we mix different fabrics and colours in a single 40HQ container? ↓

Yes. We support mixed container configurations. A typical 40HQ container can contain 2 to 4 bed models, each offering 2 selected fabric colours, provided the total volume reaches container capacity (approx. 140-220 sets depending on KD packing dimension).

How do you handle color shade differences between repeat mass production batches? ↓

We retain physical Golden Master Swatch Cuttings for every customer PO. Before mass cutting new fabric rolls, our QA performs spectrophotometer Delta E checks (ΔE < 1.0) and visual comparison under D65 lighting. If a slight yarn lot difference occurs, physical lab swatches are submitted for buyer approval prior to mass production.
