Can you provide assembly videos?
Assembly videos can be discussed for selected models and projects. Availability, format and timing should be confirmed during order preparation rather than assumed for every SKU.
Can one manual be used for several sizes?
Only when the structure, hardware and assembly sequence are genuinely the same. If a size changes the components or sequence, it should use a clearly identified version.
What happens when the product structure changes?
The affected instructions, labels and product content should be reviewed and re-approved before the changed version enters production.
Do you publish compliance claims in product copy?
Only product- and market-relevant claims supported by the applicable documents should be used. Requirements must be confirmed for the destination market and order.
